Experience with many facets within software development. On a given day, my job could entail: listening carefully to the clients and delivering the right solution to those clients, leading a development practice that focuses on Microsoft Azure, designing integration middleware architecture, driving application integration development, DevOps change management methodologies, building out proof-of-concepts in the lab, supporting my team mates, exploring and implementing open source technologies, testing, writing unit tests, write about integration, generate proposals and software estimation.

2014 - 2016Worked for TwoConnect twice! Delivered integration solutions for clients in various industries. Technologies: BizTalk and SSIS. Learning lessons on the customer expereince and the delivery of solutions.

2009 - 2014Sole publisher of the HIPAA X12 EDI implementation guides. Integration consultant in healthcare. High-value education on standard body technology publishing and building products. Lots of BizTalk, but also got to be a web developer again. Mentored on agile methodology and lean practices.
Multiple Roles - Various Organizations
1992 - 2009[Shortened for brevity.] Starts before the existence of "Information technology." Earlier roles were as a printer, a technical support person, a data operations clerk, a programmer, a database administrator, and a terrible networking guy. I drove to work and had a cubicle. Major lessons in accountability, listening, communication, and empathy.
